Marcia J. Ferguson, age 71, of Marcellus, MI passed away Monday October 21, 2013 following an illness.
She was born October 7, 1942 in Dowagiac, MI the daughter of Gayl B. and Elizabeth J. (Sibley) Phillips.
She had worked for 30 years for the Marcellus Schools Food Service.
Surviving are three daughters, Tina (Tony) Shattuck, Julie (Ron) Hicks and Michelle (Todd) Johnson; two sons, Jerry (Deena) West and Gayl (Karen) Ferguson; three sisters, Kathy New (Matt Morton), Becky Phillips and Bonnie Phillips; two brothers, Dennis Phillips and Darrel Phillips; 20 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, son-in-law, John Butler, and nephew, Kyle Phillips.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 P.M. Friday, October 25, 2013 in the Mater-Ralston Funeral Home, Marcellus.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, October 26, 2013 in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Marcellus Cemetery.
