Harriet Jane Lowell, age 75 of Marcellus, Michigan passed away Monday at home.
Harriet was born in Detroit Michigan on December 17, 1944.
In December of 1973, in Kalamazoo she married David Lowell who survives.
Harriet was an accountant, working for many years as a private accountant doing taxes for several people in the Marcellus area.
Harriet was a member of the VFW post 4054 auxiliary, Past worthy Matron and Past Grand Representative of the Order of Eastern Star, lodge 167, of Marcellus. She was an avid reader, a 1963 graduate of Kalamazoo Central high school, after which she enrolled and graduated from Davenport Business College with her degree in Accounting.
Harriet is survived by her husband; David, children; Mariana (Scott) Lacey of Ohio, James Davidson of Akron OH, John (Christi) Davidson of Lucas TX, Wade Lowell of Marcellus, 12 grand children, and 4 great grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be directed to the Order of Eastern Star chapter 167 Marcellus. Online condolences may be left at www.materralstonfuneralhome.com .
